According to data released by China Customs, the country imported 140,000 tons of sugar in June, with an decrease of 140,000 tons on the year.

　　From January to June 2019, China imported 1.06 million tons of sugar, with a decrease of 321,900 tons on the year.

　　In the 2018/19 season, China's cumulative sugar imports stood at 1.91 million tons,with an increase of 68,000 tons on the year.
